Play Doom, Quake and Wolfenstein in your browser

11 games · Updated October 7, 2026 · Most played first

Shareware Doom, with deathmatch, plays in a browser tab, and so do Doom 64, Freedoom and Wolfenstein 3D. Quake's shareware episode runs too, with touch controls on phones.

For multiplayer there are browser servers for QuakeWorld, Quake II, Quake III Arena, Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Urban Terror. Quakelike generates endless random Quake levels.

Questions

Are these official?
No. They're fan-made ports, decompilations and remakes, not made or endorsed by the original publishers. Fan ports sometimes get taken down, so play them while they're up.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Each game runs in your browser on its creator's site. A few ports ask for your own copy of the original game file, and their descriptions say so.
Can I play them on a phone?
Games marked Phone-friendly have touch controls. The rest need a keyboard, so they're best on a computer.
