Foundplay in AI assistants
Ask your AI assistant for a game to play and it can search Foundplay's free browser games for you, with a link to each one. No account or sign-in needed.
For players
Foundplay's connector is an MCP server (Model Context Protocol, the standard assistants use to call outside tools). It has one read-only tool, search_games: it matches your words against each game's title, description and genres, can filter by genre, phone support and multiplayer, and sorts by most played, trending or newest. Each result has the game's description, genres, play count and a link to its Foundplay page, where Play opens the game on its creator's site. It finds original games only, not fan games or copies of commercial games, and results are never paid placements.
Server address:
https://foundplay.io/mcpTry asking:
- Find me a free puzzle game I can play in my browser.
- What are the most played games on Foundplay right now?
- I want a racing game that works on my phone.
- Are there multiplayer browser games I can play with a friend?
- What new horror games were added to Foundplay recently?
Claude: open Settings, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector, and paste the server address. No authentication is needed. ChatGPT: the Foundplay plugin is in review with OpenAI. Other assistants that support remote MCP servers can add the same address.
For game makers
Built a browser game with Claude Code, Cursor or another coding agent? Foundplay's creator server lets the agent check whether your game is listed and how many plays it has, give you the link that lists it for free, and show Boost plans with checkout links. It only returns links: you sign in, list and pay on foundplay.io yourself.
claude mcp add --transport http foundplay-creators https://foundplay.io/mcp/creatorsIn other agents, add a remote MCP server at https://foundplay.io/mcp/creators. More on getting players in the creator guide.
Your data
Assistants send Foundplay only the search words and filters, never your chat or your account with them, and we don't store the search words. Links they show carry a tag naming the assistant, so we can count visits from it. Details are in the privacy policy and the terms. How we check every game's link is on the safety page.
