The best browser games of 2026

25 games · Updated October 21, 2026

Right now the best browser games on Foundplay are Billiards, Graveyard Pinball and Paris Runner 2026.

These are the original games players like most on Foundplay, worked out again every hour from what they do: how many press Play after opening a game's page, how many play for 45 seconds or more instead of coming straight back, and how many upvote it.

Every game here is free and runs in a browser tab on the site where it's published, with nothing to install. Fan games, ports and copies of other studios' games aren't ranked.

Questions

How is this list ranked?
By what players do on Foundplay: over the last 30 days, the share of visitors to a game's page who press Play and the share of players who stay 45 seconds or more, plus upvotes per play over all time, each against the site's average. A game with few players counts as average until it has enough of its own, and the scores are worked out again every hour.
Why isn't a game I like on the list?
Only original games are ranked, so fan games, ports and copies aren't. A game also needs at least 50 plays, and games listed in the last 3 days aren't ranked yet.
Can my game get on this list?
Yes. List it free at foundplay.io/submit. Once it has 50 plays and players rate it well, it can rank here.
Are these games free?
Yes. Every game here plays free in a browser tab. A few show ads or sell extras on their own sites.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Each game runs in your browser on its creator's site, with nothing to install.
Can I play them on a phone?
Games marked Phone-friendly have touch controls. The rest need a keyboard, so they're best on a computer.
