Privacy

What we store

Browsing needs no account. If you sign in, we store your email address so we can send sign-in codes and keep one account per inbox. It's never shown on the site. Comments show the display name you pick instead.

We also store what you post: games and their covers or videos, comments, votes and reports. Games, uploads and comments are public. Votes show only as totals, and only moderators see reports.

Cookies

Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days, plus a short-lived one while you enter your code. There are no ad or tracking cookies.

Counting visits

We count page views and Play clicks with Umami, which doesn't use cookies or collect personal information. Foundplay also records that a game got a click and when, so each listing can show its click count.

Services we use

Railway hosts the site and its database. Resend delivers sign-in emails, and ImprovMX forwards mail sent to our address. The Mashup Videos page embeds posts from X, which loads X's own code, and X's privacy policy covers what it collects there.

Deleting your data

You can delete your own comments at any time. To delete your account and everything you posted, email hello@foundplay.io from the address you sign in with.
