What Foundplay is

Foundplay is a directory. We don't make, host or own the games listed here. Each listing links to the creator's own site, and that site's terms apply once you're there. Ports and fan games are made by fans. They aren't official, and the companies behind the original games don't endorse them or us.

Your account

You can use Foundplay as a guest or sign in with email. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

What you post

You're responsible for the games, covers, videos and comments you post. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent toward real people, or meant to harass someone, and don't spam. By posting, you let Foundplay show it on the site and wherever Foundplay's listings appear, such as share images, the stats page and the games API. You keep any rights you have in it.

Fair play

Don't use bots, scripts or extra accounts to add votes, clicks or comments, and don't try to slow down or break the site. Apps and AI assistants may use the games API and our MCP server to recommend games, as long as they link back to Foundplay and stay within its limits. We can remove listings, comments or accounts that break these rules.

Taking a game down

If you made a game, or own the rights to one, and want its listing changed or removed, email hello@foundplay.io and we'll take care of it.

No guarantees

Foundplay is provided as is. Games on other sites can change, break or disappear, and we can't promise they're safe, accurate or available. As far as the law allows, Foundplay isn't liable for anything that happens on those sites or from using Foundplay.

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Questions go to hello@foundplay.io.
