Request a takedown
Foundplay is a discovery platform: games live on their creators' own sites, and we link to them. If a listing here uses your work without permission, or you made a game and want it off Foundplay, tell us below.
About AI Lab: an idle game about training AI models.
What happens next
We read every request and reply by email, usually within two business days. When a request checks out, we take the listing down: its page, cover and link. The game itself stays on its creator's site, so to get it taken offline, contact its creator or the site that hosts it too.
We may send a copy of a copyright notice, including your contact details, to whoever submitted the listing, so they can respond.
Copyright and trademark notices
The form asks for everything the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) needs in a notice: your contact details, the work, the Foundplay pages, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you may act for the owner, with your signature. Trademark concerns use the same form. Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for damages.
Where to send notices
Our designated agent for copyright notices is Copyright Agent, Foundplay, 4546 El Camino Real B10 #524, Los Altos, CA 94022, (415) 766-7286, [email protected]. You can also use the form above.
If your listing was taken down
If you listed a game that was taken down after a copyright notice and you think that was a mistake, email [email protected] a counter-notice with:
- your name, address and phone number;
- the listing that was taken down;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the US, any district where Foundplay may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the notice;
- your signature (typing your full name is fine).
We send it to whoever sent the notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they've gone to court, we may put the listing back 10 to 14 business days after we got your counter-notice.
Repeat infringers
If two or more listings from an account are taken down after valid notices, we close the account.
